This journal was created in order to host the October 30, 2005 Addams Family Halloween Party in Fandom Town. It is affiliated with fandomtownies and will remain as both residence and haunted house. It has its own journal in order to facilitate both large Town parties and the hauntings which occur there. It was created and will be maintained as a part of the livejournal role-playing community fandomhigh.



The Efferton Estate is currently maintained by Wednesday Addams addams_daughter. She lives in the Carriage House on the manor grounds and shares the residence with medusae_x and . Her Aunt Esmeralda lives (?) in the family crypt beneath the mansion house itself and doesn't appreciate being disturbed.

This journal will be offered up for other large, social gatherings - as long as people don't mind being haunted - and can be opened for exploration and/or research of ghosts by special arrangement. It is only available by special arrangement, but Ms. Addams can be reached by telephone in such cases.
